Contents: The minutes of meetings of the Leicester School Committee shall include the following items of information:
  1. A record of the date, time, and place of each meeting
  2. A record of those in attendance at each meeting
  3. A description of actions taken by the committee at each meeting, including a record of the vote on each action unless such vote was unanimous
  4. A brief description of topics discussed at each meeting even when no action is taken. Except for minutes of executive sessions, the minutes shall become a public record and be available to the public upon being approved.
